Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with any of the products you’ve purchased from us, simply return it/them within 14 days from the date of purchase, in the condition that you received it, with proof of purchase, and we will happily exchange or give you a full refund.

Unfortunately, refunds are not applicable on sale or promotional items.
Please note:

  • Exchanges (full price items) - 14 days from date of purchase
  • Exchanges (sale items) - All sale items are non-refundable
  • Refunds (full price items) - 14 days from date of purchase

Instructions for Returns and Exchanges

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

  • Fill out return slip.
  • Place in package with jeans and proof of purchase.
  • Ensure product is safely packed and clearly addressed to:
    OUTLAND DENIM
    2/11 Main Street
    North Tamborine
    QLD 4272
  • Email sales@outlanddenim.com to arrange collection of your jeans with Fastway couriers.

If you require a refund, the purchase price shall be refunded back into your bank account or credit card account once we have receipt of the jeans.

If you require an exchange, we will send out the new pair of jeans free of charge once we have receipt of the original pair.

INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA)

  • Fill out return slip.
  • Place in package with product and proof of purchase.
  • Ensure product is safely packed and clearly addressed to:

    QLD 4272 AUSTRALIA
  • Email sales@outlanddenim.com and alert us to your intended exchange/return.

For international returns and exchanges, you’ll need to organise and pay for your return postage, however we'll ship exchange items back to you free of charge.

Please send your return via a traceable method, marking your package clearly as ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid delays at customs. Obtain a valid proof of postage and hold onto it until you receive your refund or exchange.

If you require a refund, the purchase price will be refunded back into the bank account or credit card account as indicated by you [the customer] once we have receipt of the jeans.

If you require an exchange, we will send out the new pair of jeans free of charge once we have receipt of the original pair in the condition it was purchased in.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

Outland Denim makes every effort to ensure the quality of the jeans we produce is impeccable. If there is a fault found in either the denim or the manufacture of the jean, Outland Denim will happily replace the jeans for a new pair within six months of purchase.
